Most people never find out whether they had a claim. They assume it is complicated, or expensive, or that it is probably too late. Finding out is none of those things. Tell us what happened, and we will see whether a participating law firm wants to look at it.
We collect your information through a secure intake process so participating law firms can decide whether to review your potential claim.
We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, represent you, or file anything on your behalf. Only a firm you sign with can do that
🔒 Encrypted & handled per our Privacy Policy

Four broad areas, each handled by different firms with different requirements. If you are not sure where your situation fits, pick the closest one and say so on the call.

Claims where many people are harmed by the same drug, medical device, or chemical — Depo-Provera, Roundup, Camp Lejeune, AFFF and more. Grouped litigation, individual compensation.

Meeting the criteria for any case type does not mean you have a valid claim. It means a participating law firm may be willing to review it. That firm decides on its own whether to take your case, and some claims are turned down. Direct2Attorney cannot judge the legal merits of your case, give legal advice, or file anything for you.

— About us
Direct2Attorney is a legal marketing and referral service. We collect your details through a secure intake process so participating law firms can decide whether they want to review your potential claim. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and we never decide the merits of your case.
What we do is remove the part that stops most people: not knowing who to call first.
— What happens next
This is designed to take as little of your time and energy as possible. You will not be asked to research anything yourself.
Fill out the short form or call. Your diagnosis, and whatever you remember about where you worked. It takes about two minutes. There is no cost and no obligation.
If your situation fits, we connect you with a participating law firm. That firm looks at your case on its own and decides whether to represent you. If it does, you sign an agreement directly with the firm. Many firms will come to your home or hospital room.
Using your work history, military records and their own industry databases, the firm identifies which companies and products exposed you, and which trusts you may qualify with. This is the heavy lifting, and they do it.
That is the most common reason people never ask. The review is free, and there is no obligation, so the cost of asking is two minutes.

What Direct2Attorney is not
We are not a law firm. We cannot give you legal advice, represent you, or file anything on your behalf. Only a law firm you sign with can do that.
Their legal team was compassionate and professional. They helped me file a claim for a defective medical device, and I received a settlement that covered my medical expenses.

I was injured due to a faulty drug, and Direct2Attorney made sure my case was handled with care. They kept me updated throughout the process, and I finally got justice.

Thanks to Direct2Attorney, I got the legal support I needed after suffering from exposure to toxic chemicals. They truly care about their clients.

The team was extremely helpful and explained every step clearly. I always knew what was happening and felt supported throughout the process.

From my first conversation to the final outcome, they were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. I appreciated having someone guide me through the process.

I felt listened to from the beginning. They answered all my questions and helped me understand what my options were before moving forward.
