When a child has been harmed, the last thing a family needs is a process that feels like another intrusion. So this is written to be as plain as possible about what a Direct2Attorney review is, who is involved, and what you are and are not agreeing to.

Who we are

Direct2Attorney is a legal marketing and referral service. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Our intake team confirms a few basic facts and, if your situation appears to fit, connects you with an independent participating law firm handling Roblox child safety claims in the federal litigation. If you choose to work with that firm, the attorney-client relationship is with them. Our role ends at the match.

What is asked

At the review

A few minutes
  • Your child's age now and at the time
  • Roughly when the contact happened
  • Whether it stayed on Roblox or moved to another app
  • Whether it was reported to anyone — platform, police, or no one

Not at the review

Only later, only with a firm, only if you proceed
  • Details of what happened to your child
  • Screenshots, devices, or records
  • Any conversation with your child
  • Any commitment or payment

How it proceeds

01

You contact us. A short form or a call to the 24/7 line. A parent, guardian, or — if the child is now an adult — the survivor themselves can start it.

02

We screen for fit. Your details are compared with what participating firms are accepting: the platform, the nature of the harm, timing, and your state. This is screening, not legal advice.

03

A firm reaches out, or we tell you it does not fit. If it appears to qualify, a participating law firm contacts you confidentially to discuss representation. Deciding whether to proceed is entirely yours.

More than 180 families have filed in the federal Roblox litigation. Every one of them started with a conversation like this one.

Direct2Attorney · How It Works

Your child's privacy

Federal courts have consistently allowed minors — and adults bringing claims about childhood harm — to proceed under initials or pseudonyms. Participating firms use interview protocols designed to limit how often a child must recount events. Intake with Direct2Attorney is encrypted and documented with a TrustedForm consent certificate, and your information is shared only with participating firms and the vendors needed to evaluate your request, subject to applicable law.

Cost

The review is free. Participating law firms in these cases typically work on contingency, so legal fees are generally paid only if there is a recovery. If there is none, you typically owe no attorney’s fees. Ask the firm to confirm its fee terms in writing.

What this means if you're considering a claim

You do not need proof in hand. You do not need to have reported it. You do not need to be sure it “qualifies.” You need only to be willing to find out. The federal litigation is active, deadlines vary by state, and a review preserves your options.

Common Questions

Will Roblox or anyone else be notified that I contacted you?

No. Requesting a review discloses nothing to any company.

My child doesn't know I'm looking into this. Is that a problem?

No. The initial review is with you. A participating firm will discuss with you how and when to involve your child.

The abuse happened years ago. Is it too late?

Possibly not. Many states have extended deadlines for childhood sexual abuse claims. Only an attorney licensed in your state can confirm.

Does the child need to have been sexually assaulted in person?

No. Claims in the litigation include online grooming, solicitation, and exploitation without physical contact.

Is Direct2Attorney a law firm?

No. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. That forms only if a participating firm signs a representation agreement with you.
